Itinerary:
- Get feedback on Illustrator version of Figure 4 (phenotype RELI)
- Updates on Powerpoint draft of Figure 5, including MARIO ARS vs SNPmoods and ARS vs bQTLs. Questions about circos plot.
- Updates on Powerpoint draft of Figure 6 (exemplary loci)
- Write legend for Figure 4. For Figures 5 and 6, we can wait until we have a final Illustrator version
- Read and revise what we have written for the Introduction section. Work on drafting the rest of this section together .
- If time, outline section headings for results section (then later we can fill in the text below these)
